Composed of SBR rubber and high quality resins, which cures to form a tough, rubbery seal that expands and contracts with the change of weather without cracking. Covers 31 ft at a 1/4 in bead and 14 ft at a 3/8 in bead.

Gutter and foundation butyl rubber sealant is a high-quality, long-lasting formula that is ideal for outdoor jobs requiring a durable, watertight seal. Suitable for areas of dynamic movement. Application temperature 40 to 120 deg F. An economic choice for most common applications. Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating 65, The test was performed in accordance with ASTM E90, Standard Test Method for Laboratory Measurement of Airborne Sound Transmission Loss of Building Partitions.

RS 136 Draft stop/fire block caulk is a general-purpose, residential, acoustical fireblock/smoke seal caulk for electrical, plumbing, plastic pipe and telephone communication systems penetrations. Easy application with a conventional caulking gun with water cleanup capabilities.

We formulated 3M™ fire barrier watertight sealant 1000 NS as a single component, neutral cure, silicone sealant. This ready-to-use sealant cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a flexible firestop seal that helps control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gases before, during and after exposure to fire. When properly installed, this watertight sealant provides up to 3 hrs protection in tested and listed systems and meets UL water leakage test, W Rating - Class 1 requirements for systems tested and listed in accordance with ANSI/UL 1479. We designed this non-slump firestop sealant as a re-enterable and repairable solution primarily used on vertical surfaces.

OSI Quad Foam window & door installation foam is a single-component, minimal expansion and low-pressure polyurethane foam packaged in a pressurized metal container. It is specifically designed for use with the OSI Quad window & door system. It is dispensed in bead form for sealing gaps and cracks, holes and voids around windows and doors, in most types of construction projects. The product exhibits slight to moderate expansion during application and cures upon reaction with moisture to form a flexible, urethane foam. The closed cell structure of this material provides an R factor of 5/in of cured foam making it an efficient method for stopping air and moisture infiltration and expensive warm and cold air loss between windows and rough frame. OSI Quad foam will not warp or deform windows and doors. OSI Quad foam adheres to all types of building materials including wood, concrete and drywall and is compatible with asphalt and butyl flexible flashing. It complies with all Federal and State VOC regulations.

Multipurpose black insulating foam sealant is a ready-to-use, foam sealant that fills, seals and insulates gaps up to 1 in.
