It offers excellent adhesion to both interior and exterior surfaces and provides a sound anchor for paints. The EPA registered active ingredient creates a mold and mildew-resistant film that protects the primer film from mold and mildew growth. KILZ mold and mildew Primer will block most medium to heavy stains including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin and water stains. It is a fast drying, low odor, very low VOC formula and is easy to clean with soap and water. Not recommended for floors.

Zinsser Bulls-Eye® 1-2-3® gray primer is an all-purpose, high-performance, water-based primer for interior and exterior residential, commercial and industrial applications. Bulls-Eye® 1-2-3 gray primer has excellent stain blocking resistance, is fast dry and has excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces. Use Bulls-Eye® 1-2-3 gray primer with rich or dark topcoat colors to improve their hide and coverage. May be used under and over any oil or latex architectural paint. The dried film is mold and mildew resistant.

Its advanced chemistry provides a sound anchor for topcoats while reducing or potentially eliminating the need for sanding dense, glossy surfaces. This product may be used under epoxies, lacquers and products containing xylene or other hot solvents, provided it's allowed to dry for 24 hrs before top coating and tested for compatibility in an inconspicuous area before full coat application.
