The 14 ft chrome ratchet tie-down features a durable 1 in webbing to absorb shock and to resist cut, rot and abrasion. It is constructed with a steel ratchet, handles and chrome-plated S-hooks. To engage, thread the webbing through the center slot of the rotating spool, then pull through to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
